102.7 FM - The Drive

•Winning shall be limited to only one prize per family, per household, per contestant within thirty days on KCNA. Contestants may not misrepresent themselves in an attempt to win or claim prizes.

•Past or Present employees of KROG / KCNA / KRVC/ KEZX and or KRTA radio, Opus Broadcasting Systems, Inc. and families and employees of other radio stations are ineligible to win.

•Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or age or older with current Drivers’ License.

•All federal, state and local laws apply. Contest is void where prohibited. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner or winners.

•By claiming a prize, winner(s) consent to the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes in connection with the contest. Winners may be required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release.

•KCNA is not responsible for telephone malfunctions of any kind prior to or during a contest. Should a contestant be cut off due to a malfunction, the next line will be allowed to play.

•Contest information and winner’s names are available for inspection at the KCNA offices during normal business hours or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your request to our offices.

•Contest winners will have two weeks in which to claim prizes at KCNA’s offices during regular business hours... 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

•All claims are subject to verification by KCNA and all decisions are final.
