The Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink is open for the winter!  The outdoor rink is located in downtown Ashland, around the corner from the Plaza and directly across from Lithia Park on Winburn Way.  Skate rentals accommodate toddler size 9 - adult size 13.  Hot chocolate, coffee and water are available for sale.  Open to the public for recreational and hockey skating.

The Master Gardener Spring Fair Book Shack is looking for used books to help benefit the Jackson County Master Gardner Scholarship Fund.  Looking for books on: gardening and landscaping, bees, birds, butterflies, insects, rocks, varmints, wildlife, worms, "how to" books, arts and crafts, cookbooks, canning and preserving, wine, winemaking, health and all children's book.  NO MAGAZINES! Please drop books at the OSU Extension Office on Hanley Rd.

Bloodborne Pathogens Training:  Preventing Disease Transmission.  This course will discuss what the intent of the bloodborne pathogens reulations are by OSHA.  By passing the written test, you will receive a Preventing Disease Transmission certificate.  $30 fee.  Pre-registration required.
